Lighthouse delivers a complete business management solution for Shift4 Payments customers, including extensive reporting capabilities, employee scheduling, remote POS system management and customer engagement tools.
Many of Lighthouse’s advanced capabilities were developed in partnership with Jon Taffer, host and executive producer of Paramount Network’s hit TV show Bar Rescue. These “SmartPOS” tools incorporate Jon Taffer’s proven revenue-generating tactics for business owners. Lighthouse’s SmartPOS features include management tools for social media, customer engagement, loyalty and online reputation. Merchants can link their social media profiles to schedule posts, track the performance of their content and manage all their social media accounts in one place. These reports include payment processing information such as transactions, deposits and chargebacks, as well as information pulled directly from the POS system, including ticket-level data, discounts, voids, inventory, employee reports and sales by customer, department, employee, item or order type.
Shift4 customers who utilize the company’s family of POS systems have access to additional management features. Business owners can remotely update POS settings and add, remove or edit menu items and discounts. They may also manage employees and scheduling with integrated timeclock reporting directly from the POS system, allowing them to easily add shifts for each employee and generate a detailed schedule that can be printed or emailed to staff.
