As a result of customer feedback, we have made an update to the free POS service agreement. The service agreement originally stated that Harbortouch could amend the terms with 30 days notice. Many of you were concerned that this left the door open for Harbortouch to raise the monthly service fee. While this was never our intention, we have added additional language to alleviate your concerns. The updated agreement now states “Harbortouch shall not raise the Monthly Service Fee during the Initial Term” except as a result of any changes in laws, regulations, Association rules or other factors outside of our control.
